Identification method: EDS analysis. Charles Jackson, the first NH Geologist, reported the Galena at Mine Falls, Nashua, was Argentiferrous. The EDS plot below, confirms the presence of Silver, Ag. In the plot, the Ka1 and Ka2 lines of Sulfur are essentially on top of the Ma1 line for Lead.
